About Me
Hi, I’m Jayme, George to my friends— the sass behind The Zenspired Journey. Somewhere between “namaste” and “hold my beer,” I found myself. I'm a barefoot-walking, nature-loving, side-by-side-riding, master baiter (fishing! geeze!) tomboy with a soft spot for boho clothes, campfires, and deep conversations about the universe.
I’ve spent way too many years trying to fit into boxes society made for women — neat, polite, quiet boxes. Spoiler alert: I don’t fit. So instead of getting Botox and dying my hair, I decided to say screw it, and build a life that feels good to me — dirt under my nails, wind in my hair, and a soul that’s finally wide open.
This blog is for the wild-at-heart women over 40 who’ve had it with rules, filters, and faking it. Whether you’re into fishing, forest bathing, or just finding peace in the chaos, you’re in the right place. We’ll talk fashion (the comfy kind), mindful living (without the BS), aging with humor, and choosing joy over judgment.
So kick off your shoes, grab your favorite hoodie (or don't—no rules here), and let’s take this Zenspired Journey together. It’s raw, real, and maybe a little inappropriate—but hey, so am I.
